Hi friends! I’m Kiley Jo—
Owner of The Polished Penny Mobile Bar, proud momma to three amazing girls, full-time animal rescuer (domesticated & wild life rehabilitator), and i absolutely love the service industry!

I run Johnson’s Family Bar & Grill in Galveston and am currently gearing up to the opening of a new restaurant in Kokomo—The Pending Pour! When I’m not behind the bar, you’ll find me behind the chair at my salon, Sexified by Kiley Jo, where I’ve specialized in color correction off and on for over 15 years. 🙂

Bartending isn’t just a job for me—it’s an art. I love creating unique cocktails that are custom-tailored to your special event—whether it’s a dream wedding, private party, or a company celebration. With the help of my other half, Nate Dillon, we transformed a rusty 1976 horse trailer into a sparkling mobile bar—completed with a chandelier, of course! ✨🥰

The Polished Penny offers more than just cocktails—we also serve non-alcoholic drinks, boba teas, and fresh fruit mocktails. So no matter your vibe, we’ve got something for everyone!
