This week, we're taking a little trip to Ireland—because apparently our usual rebellion wasn't rebellious enough.

Tullamore D.E.W. is smooth, mellow, and dangerously easy to enjoy. Basically, the Irish answer to a long week.

Friendly Labor Day reminder, Rebels!

Today, our crew is doing something revolutionary: not working. 😉

1794 is CLOSED today so our hardworking crew can enjoy a well-earned day off.

No steaks. No whiskey. No rebellion. Just rest, relaxation, and whatever George Washington would consider an acceptable use of a Monday.

We'll be back tomorrow, Tuesday, September 8th, ready to get back to the important business of steaks, whiskey, and a little rebellion.

Washington had his rebellion. We’re having a day off.

1794 will be CLOSED Monday, September 7th for Labor Day.

No need to alert George Washington—we're not starting another Whiskey Rebellion. We're simply giving our crew a well-earned break to enjoy a little freedom, a little rest, and probably some whiskey that we aren't pouring for you.

We'll be back Tuesday, September 8th with steaks on the grill, whiskey in the glass, and rebellion back on the menu.

PRIME RIB FRIDAY & SATURDAY

The weekend is calling, and it has excellent taste.

Join us this Friday & Saturday for a glorious cut of Prime Rib—slow-roasted, tender, and worthy of your undivided attention.

Pair it with a pour of whiskey and suddenly that long week doesn't seem quite so terrible.

George Washington had his battles. Your only battle is deciding how much Prime Rib you can reasonably eat.

Come hungry, Rebels. We'll handle the rest.

Even George Washington took a day off.

In the spirit of Labor Day, 1794 will be CLOSED Monday, September 7th so our crew can rest, recharge, and contemplate the important things in life—like whiskey and perfectly cooked steaks.

George Washington may have marched into Pennsylvania to put down the Whiskey Rebellion, but even he understood that sometimes you just have to step away from the battlefield.

We’ll be back Tuesday, September 8th, ready to pour the whiskey, fire up the steaks, and resume our regularly scheduled rebellion.

WHISKEY OF THE WEEK HAS RETURNED TO THE BUILDING.

The Corvettes have cruised on, the rubber has hopefully been swept off the streets, and we can finally get back to our regularly scheduled programming.

And what better way to resume normal operations than with Bulleit Rye?

Spicy? Yep.
Smooth? Surprisingly.
Trouble? We prefer to call it character development.
