Owner/Brewer is a Des Moines Police Officer 28 yrs and served 6 yrs Marine Corps Persian Gulf War veteran
We are a small brewery located downtown Carlisle and our Tap Room will be located at new location downtown Carlisle TBD soon. We use natural aquafier water from Carlisle. Flagship beers and new seasonal beers. We self distribute to many locations in around Des Moines Metro area. We love making beers that are unique and people like to drink. Local beers with local food is our mantra. It’s the fresh local beers on tap and the creativity being a nano brewery affords us. We also started producing cider.
