Architect is just finishing the plans for the Moran’s Tavern remodel… we should have a permit next week! After three years of Covid, two years of looking for an architect and almost a year finishing the plans… believe me I’m ready !

I should have what I need from the architectural firm to secure a permit to get started on my remodel next week… I am looking for a brickmason for some of the repairs(hit me up on messenger)… things sure take a long time in Carbondale, lol…
