Incredible cap to an incredible summer. Kinda unreal to be part of so many people’s lives in this way. 9 seasons in the books!!

Our team blows me away every day, more than ever this year. Working a Jersey Shore summer is insane in ways you can’t understand til you’ve done it and yall are relentless professionals (also hilarious maniacs who I just plain love to be around).

Thank you to all the local people and businesses that keep us running all summer (farmers, fisherman, mechanics, delivery drivers, cashiers, fellow cooks/servers/bartenders). Hope everybody gets to have some fun & rest in the next few days.

We are off for Labor Day and will be back Wednesday to kick off local’s summer 🐟🐟🐟
