// MEET THE CHEFS OF FARM TO TABLE 2026 //
Lunden Manuel, originally from Memphis, TN, came to Cape Girardeau in 2019 to attend SEMO. During his time there, he earned his BSBA in Business Administration with double minors in Entrepreneurship and Hospitality Management. He was also a two-time captain and OVC champion for the SEMO Football program.
Following graduation, Lunden returned to SEMO as the Director of Athletic Development. During his two years in the role, he helped raise approximately $1.5 million for the department. During that time, Lunden and his business partner, Cody Kelley, moved Encore downtown and opened Good Things Kitchen !
