Both feature a great lineup of freshly-brewed, award-winning craft beer. Canton Brewing Company is committed to brewing the historic beers that made us famous over a century ago while embracing the new craft traditions today's beer lovers enjoy. ed right here in our very own facility. The Haus of Giessen offers a full lunch and dinner menu and is open:

Thursday from 11:30- 8pm
Friday from 11:30am -10 pm
Saturday from 11:30am - 10 pm


Please note the kitchen service ends one hour before closing. The Restaurant offers a full lunch and dinner menu and is open:

Tuesday from 11 am-9 pm Wednesday from 11 am-9 pm Thursday from 11 am-9 pm Friday from 11 am-10 pm Saturday from noon-10 pm Closed Sunday and Monday The Speakeasy offers pizza and limited fare and is open:

Tuesday from 4 pm- 10pm Wednesday from 4 pm-10 pm Thursday from 4 pm-10 pm Friday from 4 pm-11 pm Saturday from 4 pm-11 pm.
