Thank You for an Amazing Open Mic Night!

What a fantastic evening at Darlin’s Crew! We had a wonderful turnout, with 8 talented individuals taking the stage to share their gifts through music, poetry, spoken word, and even comedy.

A special thank you goes to Bill Hoover for sharing insights on the history of Canton and the local LGBTQ+ community. If you’re interested in learning more about his remarkable journey and contributions, take some time to search for his biography connected to Kent State University. Bill has been a courageous leader and advocate since the 1970s, helping pave the way for progress and equality within the LGBTQ+ community.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who attended, performed, listened, and supported one another. Events like these remind us how powerful it is to share our stories, talents, and experiences in a welcoming community space.

We appreciate each and every one of you and can’t wait to do it again!
