Last call. 💛
Tonight, after 27 years, we pour our final round at The Bowery.
I’ve thought a lot about what to say for this post, and honestly, nothing feels like enough. So instead, I just want to say thank you, for every table you filled, every celebration you let us be part of, and every time you chose to spend an evening with us instead of somewhere else. That was never lost on me.
To our customers - the regulars who had their usual seat at the bar, the families who celebrated birthdays and holidays with us, and the friends who made this their meeting spot week after week - you are the reason this place had any life in it at all. Every laugh, every toast, every “see you next time” is something we’ll carry with us.
To our staff, past and present - the ones who showed up night after night, who made strangers feel like regulars and regulars feel like family—this place was you. We could not have done a single day of this without you.
We don’t know how to properly close a chapter like this one. So we’ll just say: thank you for letting us be your spot, even just for a little while. It meant everything.
