This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. As we spend time with family, friends, and community today, we’re grateful for those who made it possible.

If you’re dependable, work well under pressure, and take pride in putting out great food, we’d love to meet you. We’re hiring for kitchen positions including prep, line cooks, and dish.

What we’re looking for:
• Ability to move in a fast-paced environment
• Team players who show up ready to work
• Experience is a plus, but not required for the right person

We were honored to welcome Governor Josh Stein to Canton and truly appreciate him taking the time to support small towns and local businesses like ours.

Building something new is a whole lot easier when you’re surrounded by people who genuinely believe in your community. We’re incredibly thankful for the continued support from leaders like Zeb Smathers (Mayor) and Jake Robinson (President/CEO of Champion Credit Union). Both of these individuals — along with the offices and teams they represent — continue to advocate for the growth and future of Canton.

Thank you all for believing in this town and the people in it. See you on the river!

The Current Tavern will be closed for Mother’s Day!

Thank you all for showing up for us the way you have during our first week. Truthfully… we didn’t expect anything less from Canton. The support this community has shown The Current Tavern has meant more to us than we can put into words. We’ll be back tomorrow and can’t wait to see everyone again.

And to all the moms out there — Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at The Current Tavern. ❤️
