This Friday, we’re firing up Fassbier & Slow Cookin’ at Der Bierstand: smash burgers on the Blackstone, dogs and brats with all the fixins, German potato salad, mac & cheese, 4 draught 16 oz. pints for $15, and lokal celebrity Grillmaster Tim Miller working the grill outdoors.

Order at the window, grab your plate, bun, fixins, and ticket, then head outside to the Grillmaster for the hot stuff.

Matt's acoustic performances span six decades of music and nearly every genre imaginable, with a healthy dose of '90s alternative favorites mixed in.

Saturday’s weather was unpredictable, and our live musik plans got washed out, so we’re making it up to you.

Unfortunately, we’ve made the decision to cancel today’s Live Musik. The next wave of showers is expected to arrive right around showtime, and we don’t want our musicians or guests getting caught in the rain.

For now, we’re still open and pouring cold bier, including New Berlin’s Kamp Chair Krusher, if you’d like to stop by and spend part of your afternoon with us. 🍺

If you’re looking for a damn good pretzel, and a Kamp Chair Krusher, we’ll be here.

We’re opening at noon today! 🍺🌦️

The forecast may be a little unpredictable, but for now it’s rain or shine at Der Bierstand.

Live Musik is still on at 5pm, and we’re planning to make the most of the day with cold bier, brats, pretzels, and plenty of gemütlichkeit.

We’ll continue monitoring the weather throughout the day. If anything changes with today’s Musik schedule, we’ll let everyone know right here.

The fun doesn't stop on Thursdays. 🍻🎶

After an incredible kickoff to Plain Township Amphitheater’s Summer Concert Series at Oakwood Square we're excited to remind everyone that Der Bierstand is open all weekend long for the summer!

🎶 Live Musik from 5–7pm - Off the Charts tomorrow!
🍻Sunday: 12–7pm

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Thursday. The turnout was amazing, and seeing so many people gathered together is exactly what Der Bierstand is all about.

Danke schön! to everyone who joined us for the kickoff of Musik in the Biergarten series brought to you by UNDERBERG! The sun was shining, bier, wein and all sorts of other trinken were flowing, brats and pretzels were rolling and the tunes had us all raising a Prost!. From Rhinegeist to local fave New Berlin to Southern Tier, Garage, Coors, and Guinness—there was something for every taste. We loved seeing all of you rocking out, sipping, and topping it off with a 'berg. Let’s do it again next weekend with a relaxed Friday (of course, weather permitting) Bring your kids, dogs and drinking shoes then OFF THE CHARTS takes the Henderson Construction stage at 5 on Saturday!
