We'd like to thank everyone for their fantastic support this evening! We got a lot of signatures but we want a flood a papers to hit the city so they know how excited we are!

Next week we'll collect some of the sheets that are out and about, look forward to hearing from us very soon.

Today is First Friday! Come on down to Cañon City to join the fun! Start out at 4:30pm at the Fremont Center for the Arts for the opening reception of their latest exhibit, featuring art from Fremont County students! Then make your way at 5:00 to Kaleidoscope Inspiration for their official Ribbon Cutting ceremony and wine tasting with Legatum Cellars, as well as live music. Other participating businesses include (but are not limited to) Canon Signature Mortgage, The Hive in Downtown Canon City, R.E.M Fine Arts - Picasso Art Supplies, Gift Chateau, RoadRunners Gifts & Accessories, The Artists' Gallery, and The CellHouse. Be sure to stop off at 420 Main Street for a sneak peek at the Grape Creek Wine Bar that will be opening within the next couple of months. Also enjoy some live music at Teek and Cañon City Brews and Bikes Co. Lots of downtown Cañon City business will be open later for the occasion, so just have a stroll down Main Street between 5:00 and 7:00PM and see what you find!! See you down there!

So we're getting asked: "What kind of food?"...420 Main doesn't have a kitchen. We'll have deli style meats, cheeses, crackers chocolates and such. We want to be the before and after dinner place.. more for social conversations... oh, and no tvs on the walls!
