Buttermilk waffles and chicken, and a scratch Apple Jack Daniel’s hot honey butter, I’ll repeat: AN APPLE JACK DANIELS HOT HONEY BUTTER, crispy bacon, and and maple syrup!

We know it’s only 8AM on a Saturday morning but we are really excited about what we have going on today! ☀️

Our catch of the week:

Mediterranean Tuna 🐟
Herb seared tuna over a creamy parmesan risotto, with a light yet savory lemon & caper butter sauce, kalamata olives, and blistered tomatoes (from our garden of course) with a sprinkle of feta to bring it all together!

Let me introduce you to our newest sauce that is gaining a lot of traction, and quickly becoming a “best wing sauce I have ever had” type sauce!

Thai Chili Lime:
A sweet thai chili glaze, fresh lime, garlic and ginger, finished with cilantro, sesame seed and green onion on top! A little sweet, a little heat, along with bold & fresh flavors! You don’t want to miss this damn near perfect sauce! 🫚 🍋‍🟩

We are still running The Bourbon Bird, and we are featuring nacho potato skins today! Filled with taco style beef, queso, cheddar, and pico over a bad of lettuce! Don’t knock it till you try it! 🌮 🦃

The Bourbon Bird:
Grilled turkey, melted Swiss, bacon, house maple bourbon aioli, arugula, tomato & pickle! 🦃 🍁 🥃
It’s everything you want out of a turkey melt, and the house maple bourbon is DREAMY.
