To put it simply, Crave will be a trendy eating and drinking establishment that provides good food, good drinks, and good company in a casual setting. Straddling the line between bar and restaurant, Crave will offer a combination of quality, comfort, and value. Not only will Crave have an extensive selection of micro-brews and bourbon, they also serve delicious food made with local ingredients when possible.

Last night we catered our final wedding and it felt like the perfect ending to an unforgettable 15+ year chapter of Crave Catering.

To every couple, family, and client who trusted us with your weddings, celebrations, and milestones… THANK YOU. Being part of your biggest moments has been an honor I’ll never forget.

And to my staff…..you are the reason Crave Catering became what it is. Your heart, your hustle, and your dedication brought joy to thousands over the years. I’m endlessly grateful.

What an amazing journey this has been. ❤️

Last night, my view was a bit different and what a meaningful one it was.

Instead of being on the floor or in the kitchen, I had the honor of sitting at a table and enjoying the flavors and hospitality that Heather Ford and her incredible team are serving up at The Pan and Parlor.

After spending nearly a decade pouring my heart into this space and serving this incredible community, it’s truly special to see it in such good hands. Watching someone new bring their own passion and creativity to the table is both humbling and heartwarming.

Heather, thank you for your warm hospitality and for stepping into this space with such heart and intention. It’s clear the future of this little corner in Campbellsport is bright in your hands.
