Cloudy day? Hmm, that kind of rhymes with foggy double IPA ☁️🍺

Fresh in from we have Armistice at Sea, a collaboration with which is a double dry hopped hazy DIPA ft. a blend of Nelson, Simcoe, and Nectaron hops and Nelson and Simcoe cryo. With notes of gooseberry, passionfruit, and ripe peaches this one is sure to hit the spot!

For those who like their hoppy beer clear we have Liquid Horizon, a west coast pale ale with Nectaron hops ft. a dank pine aroma, a thin body with a crisp and clean mouthfeel, and tasting notes of cracker, pink peppercorn and pineapple

What’s a Thiol?

Thiols, also known as mercaptans, are sulfur-containing organic compounds with a sulfur atom bound to a hydrogen atom. Thiols make up less than 1% of the essential oils in a hops cone but might hold a key to the fashionable in-demand tropical flavors.

Tonight at 5pm, we’re featuring two beers brewed by Alpha Acid Brewing and Barebottle Brewing! We’ve got a west coast version and a hazy version, both on draft. If you’re curious about these beers, or just about brewing in general we’ll have representatives in house tonight for a casual meet and greet. 🍻
