Bacteria testing at the swimming holes in our watershed has started. We test every Wednesday and the results are posted on Thursday on our website: megunticook.org. Thanks to all of our volunteers who are getting out there and doing the data collection!

It’s Camden’s Jazz in June and we’re hosting the Late Night Jazz Jam on Friday. Midcoast Music Academy is thrilled to present the jam that will honor the late Eric Davis and celebrate the enduring spirit of jazz.This event will be led by bandmates of the late Eric Davis (Dave Clarke on guitar and Bill Batty on drums, joined by Ezra Rugg on bass and Dan Wenger on trombone) — and sponsored by the Eric Davis Jazz Fund; donations will be collected at the jam for the Fund. After the Savani Latin Jazz Quartet finishes at the Opera House, head over to 8 Bells to keep the music flowing. All players are welcome!
