Shabu & Mein is a full-service restaurant that is the first of its kind, brought to you by JP Fuji Group. The main dining room allows guests the opportunity to sit down with friends and family to enjoy authentic Japanese hot pot, a leisurely style of cooking where patrons cook their own meal at their table. Using only the freshest ingredients, Shabu & Mein’s menu offers an extensive selection of meats, seafood, and vegetables that can all be enjoyed in any of our flavorful soup bases. Hot pot is inherently perfect for vegans, vegetarians, and people with allergies or other restrictive diets.

Guests are welcome to relax at the full service bar while watching their favorite sport on any of the 3 flat screen televisions, or sit at our high-top tables that look out through cathedral-ceiling windows into a beautiful courtyard.
