Welcome to PAGU.

Thank you for following! We would love to re-introduce ourselves, especially for our (fast & growing!) PAGU family ✨. Yes, we are a restaurant that serves super tasty food, but really, we are MORE THAN a restaurant.

Our MO since day one:
Food, Community, Collaboration.

We intentionally chose each word because we wanted people to think beyond “what” and “who” and wonder “why?”

Michelin Bib Gourmand noticed our “countless community initiatives” and “a thoughtful restaurant that doesn’t sit still”.

We believe if we can make an impact with the food we serve, on the table we share with our neighbors, then our community is all the better for it, that our community will rise together and give back again and again.

From to RestoreUs to .Together, bringing people together for a mission greater than any one individual or any one organization is our why. Who knew a few ideas fifteen years ago could grow to be so many initiatives, connections and events today.

We always wanted PAGU to be a neighborhood restaurant 🏡, for guests to feel they walked into our home, that every dish and drink was prepared with care.

Food is never really about just food. It is the history behind its method, the story behind its sourcing, the labor of love that went into each slice, each hour of preparation. When we share food and wine with friends around a table, we are consuming untold stories, legacies even, and creating new ones of our own. Our servers are here to guide you through the menu, sharing the heritage and intent behind every dish and beverage we serve.🌟

They had me at creamy green crab laksa! 🍜✨
Responsibly sourced green crabs 🦀 through a slow, long process to create the rich broth of the laksa’s soup base ⏱️🍲. Don’t forget to try the sangria and the crispy tempura string beans and to look out for the little details like the cute pugs on the menu 🐶!

PAGU started with a simple question: what happens when Spanish and Japanese cooking actually talk to each other?
The answer is on the menu right now. Tempura string beans, Nantucket Bay scallops with yuzu and shiso, green crab laksa with shrimp and coconut milk, braised pork belly bao, siu yuk lettuce cups with cranberry hoisin and housemade kimchi. Everything seasonal, nothing predictable.
Perfect for date night, a long dinner with friends, or honestly just treating yourself on a Tuesday.
