Cambridge Oktoberfest 2026 keeps getting better! Musik Meister John Scott and Lake Ripley Radio will be broadcasting live from the Taphouse Saturday Sept. 19th.

Taphouse opens at 11am with official Festivities kicking off with the tapping of a Ceremonial barrel of Weihenstephaner Festbier at noon. Bavaria Sausage smoked / curry Nurnberger brats served on authentic German Brotchen (rolls). Milwaukee Pretzel Company large hot pretzels. Sweet Scoops A' La Mode will be on site with delicious deserts.

The Mike Schneider Band takes the stage at 1pm followed by Wayne Road at 5pm.

Funmeister Jim Goyer will be running bier stein holding competitions throughout the afternoon. There will be a beer carrying obstacle course challenge and open Hammerschlagen games all afternoon.

OKTOBERFEST STEIN HOLDING COMPETITION - Sat. September 19th.

Arm Position: The arm holding the stein must stay completely straight and parallel to the ground, perpendicular to your torso. No bending at the elbow is allowed.

No Spilling: Any liquid that spills or drips from the stein results in immediate disqualification.

The Other Hand: Your free hand must remain at your side and cannot touch your body, leg, or the holding arm for support.

Posture: Judges watch for excessive leaning backward or forward. Your body must remain mostly upright
