This morning was a jamming one!
Peach, apricot, black cherry, strawberry and strawberry rhubarb jams were made. A total of 38 jars.
It was a busy morning!

My 2026 Jam Season has begun.
2 batches of strawberry jam cooling and after a short break onto another
batch of strawberry then strawberry rhubarb jam.

My last 2 trays of of the 4 trays of Oatmeal raisin cookies fresh from the oven. Yum!
