Keeping things stateside this weekend with the holiday and all 🇺🇸 Swipe for new tees 😳

Captain’s Devilish Eggs — Lightly breaded and fried egg whites filled with creamy whipped yolks, and then crowned with a decadent bacon jam kissed with Spiced Rum.

Liberty Island Pastrami — Hot, thin-sliced pastrami piled high on lightly toasted rye, finished with our spicy mustard sauce and served alongside crinkle fries.

Labor Day Longboat — An 8 oz ribeye marinated and grilled to your liking, served with a chilled fingerling potato salad tossed with fresh dill and grilled asparagus.

Last Call Turnovers — Flaky golden pastries filled with your choice of warm apple or juicy cherry, finished with a sweet drizzle of icing.

Oktoberfest is inching closer 🇩🇪 Chef and crew is getting in the spirit this weekend with some specials ⚓️

Bavarian Beachcomber — A warm, braided and salted pretzel fresh from the galley, served with creamy Oktoberfest b**r cheese for dipping.

Bratwurst At Sea — A juicy bratwurst seared until golden and smoky, then docked alongside tangy sauerkraut and sweet sautéed onions.

Schnitzel Expedition — Traditional tender veal schnitzel lightly breaded and fried until golden and crisp, finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon. Served with crispy potatoes tossed with savory onions and bacon for the ultimate German shore feast.

Raspberry Rhine Treasure — A buttery pastry crust filled with vibrant raspberries and a rich, velvety custard. Baked until golden and finished with a snowy dusting of powdered sugar.

Before Barnum, there was Bernard. Never a showman, but always putting on a show. After losing his daughter, our Captain Bernard struggled to find a path forward. The sea wasn’t the sea anymore, and being landlocked without adventure was never a thought in the old Captains mind. How he met Bailey is a mystery, and why their relationship was so short lived will be a question the crew here at Dive always ponders. I guess that’s the beauty of it all though, right? There’s no mystery without unanswered questions, and there’s no romance without mystery. All we can do is keep these decks scrubbed, and the cocktails flowing in honor of our lost leader ⚓️🌊
