Hello Friends. It’s been a while. About 6 weeks! We had some compressor issues with the glycol chiller that keeps our fermenters in the good zone. We were down to only 1 viable fermenter. However we have them fixed and we have some beers coming down the line and headed to the Pub downtown. Old #23 our Robust Porter, a kettle sour that is pretty much grapefruit juice. Coming soon in the upcoming week will be our Saison, an Elderberry Sour, and as pictured Green Valley IPA. We are excited to have these beer coming out and available at the Pub on the corner of Burton and Center St across from Robins Restaurant. I have been exploring an idea of doing a pop up tasting at the brewery out front limited to 10 people at a time, reservations a must!! Maybe do a mug club day out there so we can gather around and meet up. Let me know what you think of that idea in the comments below. See you soon.

We are wrapping up our time at the old 927 location after 10! Years. Wow! Thanks to all our loyal customers. We appreciate each and every one of you!!! Fret not! We are selling our beers at the Cambria Pub and Steakhouse. We will be moving our beers over there starting August 1st. Soon after we will be hosting events. Small steps but rest assured there will be no gap in getting a 927 Beer. If you have a mug we will be working out where those will be stored and all that minutiae. Ashley and I will be working down there so we except to see you at the new spot! Sad but life moves on and we look forward to all the new adventures that await all of us.

We will be closed today as I am still testing positive for Covid. It’s been a week now and I feel fine but I do t want to risk more spread just to be open today.

Also we are starting to “close” down the taproom. We will be taking apart things inside and so we will be open on the patio starting this upcoming Wednesday.

We will be announcing later this week where you can find us in Cambria. We are pretty excited to partner up with who we are pairing up with!

The 1, as in Highway 1, has dropped at the tap room today! West Coast IPA with Munich malt and a touch of Crystal 40. 6% and 55 ibu this one drink smooth and tastes like white grapefruit. All centennial hops went into this one. Open today 12-7 pm and THE 1 is available for MUG CLUB MONDAY!!!

First brew since our location has been up in the air. I figured a nice west coast IPA will be in order. It feels good to shake the dust off and get back at it. We are confident that we will land somewhere even better! Thanks for the support shown to us. It means a lot. We are working hard for you guys. “The 1” is a west coast ipa with 100% centennial hops. We have brewed this before but with a different name, it was Pinedorado IPA, but people have been asking for this one since the last Pinedorado weekend in 2019 (was it that long ago??🤷‍♂️). We will ferment with Kviek Voss at a higher than normal temps to evoke that orange/tangerine peel flavor.
