Tickets are already sold out, but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out. Eight North will be open for regular service if you’re looking to try some of the best food and wine Calistoga has to offer, at your own pace.

A little nod to where we come from. Wild Alaskan Halibut with Chardonnay–braised artichokes, spinach, cippolini onion, and a green garlic cream sauce. Alaska and Calistoga on the same plate — just the way we like it.
