Excited to share that Sunnybrook Country Club - Golf & Pool will be hosting a Local Qualifier on Monday, July 6th! ⛳️

This free junior golf event is a great opportunity for boys and girls ages 7–15 to showcase their skills in driving, chipping, and putting while taking their first step on the path toward Augusta.

The top two overall girls and boys will advance to the National Championship taking place at PGA Frisco Fields Ranch East & West in Frisco, TX on July 28-31, 2026.

✨NEW this year: The Michigan Junior PGA Championships serve as one of the qualifying events for Team Michigan, the state’s new elite junior development program and a key pillar of the U.S. National Development program. Participants in the Michigan Junior PGA Championships will earn points toward 2027 Team Michigan selection based on their finish, according to the program’s published selection criteria.

⛳️ Help your junior golfer take the next step in their game!

Beginning June 17, Fairway Forward Juniors is a 6-week development program designed for young golfers ready to build confidence, improve technique, and grow their understanding of the game in a fun and supportive environment. 🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️

Throughout the program, juniors will work on every part of their game, including full swing, short game, putting, practice habits, and on-course awareness. All while participating in engaging drills and friendly competitions.

Led by Coach Nick Badder, each session includes:
✔️ Structured warm-ups and stretching
✔️ Guided range routines
✔️ Skill-building drills
✔️ Fun competitive games
