We would like to take a minute to say our heartfelt thank you to Chef Tom as tonight is his last night working at Roo’s! The past year and a half he’s literally been our rock while we navigated pregnancy and becoming new parents! He held our place together and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to do so!

If you get to Washburn, stop into Lost Apostle Brewing and say hi to him!!!

Thank you for EVERYTHING Tom! We sure are going to miss you!
