Humbled by the shout out, but that is what we do, hospitality.

Sometimes I believe it is a lost Art. Not here, not under my watch.  Very blessed to be surrounded by some top managers, supervisors, and staff. 
They also strive for perfection!

After a long day at the ballpark - including weather delays that pushed our game late into the night - our dinner plans changed more than once. When we ultimately had to cancel, Metals called us back asking what our plans were.

We told them probably fast food or pizza at the hotel. Their response? They wanted our boys to eat well.

What followed was rolls, salad, and pasta with chicken for our team at the hotel.

A simple gesture that went well above and beyond. Thank you, Metals Sports Bar & Grill!

Weekend Goal: Don't Knock It Over 🫣
For this weekends dinner feature we took Korean BBQ beef, stacked it high on crispy rice, loaded it with pickled veggies and sautéed bok choy, and crowned it with a fried egg and fried garlic.
It’s structural engineering, but delicious. Come eat it before gravity does.

It’s Ramen Wednesday and we are soup-er excited! 🍜✨
We aren't skewer-ing around this week. Here’s the broth-taking lineup:
🥢 Teriyaki chicken skewers chilling in a white soy & garlic ramen broth.
🥚 The Toppings: Marinated egg (egg-cellent), pickled cucumbers, shredded carrots, scallions, cilantro, & toasted sesame seeds.
🥟 The Side Chick: Chicken potstickers.

This weekend feature left our mouth watering!
Goat cheese and fig stuffed pork loin, with sautéd spinach and wild rice. Serving Thursday through Saturday 5-close.

Bison? Oh, You Betcha. 🍝
Forget your usual weekend plans; our Pappardelle with bison and mushroom ragu is the only date you need. Featuring a "cloud" of garlic-herb ricotta and a bright gremolata finish, it’s the culinary equivalent of a warm hug and a high-five at the same time. Come get some before the herd disappears!

Butte, Your Weekend Plans Just Got a Major Upgrade! 🥩🍤
Forget the "what's for dinner" debate—we’ve already won. We’re serving up a Blackened Prime Rib that’s so good it should come with a fan club, topped with a Cajun Shrimp Hollandaise that’s basically a party on a plate.
Accompanied by some Garlic & Herb Red Potatoes and Sautéed Green Beans (so you can technically say you ate your veggies).
Come get it before we eat it all ourselves! See you tonight?

Wednesday's Mid-Week Crisis Solver 🍜
We’ve got Hoisin meatballs and tonkatsu broth with a marinated egg that’s had more "me time" than you have all year.
It’s topped with pickled cucumbers, ginger-scallion sauce, and egg rolls on the side—because deep-fried feelings are the best feelings.
Get here before the broth runs out and you’re back to eating a granola bar for dinner
