I won’t go into specifics, because he loves to fly under the radar!

Truly, a humble and special man!

He does so much for this Community that he does not want any accolades. That’s just Mike being Mike!

Another great catering tonight, at a Hoedown, at the Depot.

Is it an Italian feast? Is it Ramen Wednesday? Yes. We’re breaking all the culinary rules and blending the best of both worlds tonight because Chicken Parm belongs in a bowl of ramen, and nobody can convince us otherwise.
