Today, I’m struggling to find the words to say goodbye to someone who meant so much to me and to my business.
Lea worked alongside me for over eight years, but she was so much more than an employee. She became my friend, and a truly special part of my life. She was kind, loving, thoughtful, and the kind of person who quietly made everything around her better.
The business I have today would not be where it is without Lea. Her years of dedication, hard work, and love for the people around her left an impact that will never be replaced.
My heart breaks most for her two beautiful girls and for her husband, whom I love and adore. I cannot imagine the emptiness they are feeling, and I hope they know how deeply Lea was loved by all of us who had the privilege of knowing her.
As a business owner, I am grateful for the years she gave me. As her friend, I am simply heartbroken that there won’t be more.
Lea, thank you for eight incredible years, for your friendship, and for being you. You will forever be a part of this business, and more importantly, a part of my heart.
