🧪💚 THE JUNIOR EXPERIMENT WAS A SUCCESS!

Today was one of those days that reminded me exactly why I created The Daiquiri Lab.

What started as an idea to give kids and families a chance to experience the Lab turned into something bigger than I expected. We served 189 Junior Experiment combos and individual virgin daiquiris, and seeing so many kids come through those doors, have fun, and enjoy something created specifically for them made the entire day worth it.

But my favorite part was getting to do it with my own kids. They got behind the bar, put on their lab coats, served customers, and got to experience firsthand something their dad built. Seeing how much they enjoyed being a part of it meant more to me than any sales number ever could.

Thank you to every parent, grandparent, family member, and little Junior Scientist who came out and supported us today. 💚

You all took an idea and turned The Junior Experiment into something special.

I think it’s safe to say…

Experiment #001 was a SUCCESS. 🧪✅
