More than meat on a warm corn tortilla topped with salsa, onion and cilantro—the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. A holy union of flavor. It challenges you. Small and fleeting, it can be gone in moments. But the experience is deep, a connection to something older than us, something bigger than our material world.
