Formerly Third State Brewing, the newly reimagined Raccoon Pubhaus joined the Swedesboro Brewing Company family in October 2025.

The Pubhaus expanded to 22 taps showcasing award-winning staples, seasonal favorites, and rotating specialties for everyone. New Jersey, known as the “Crossroads of the Revolution” was the third former colony to ratify the Constitution of the United States of America. Third State Brewing is now at the “Crossroads of a Brewing Revolution” as the newest addition to the growing craft beer industry in Burlington and Camden Counties. The 7 barrel brewery and tasting room is located at 352 High Street in the Historic District of Burlington City, NJ. In addition to our tasting room, we plan to begin distribution to local pubs and restaurants in the July 2015 time frame.

👋 Everyone, meet Sarah!

She’s the newest face of Swedesboro Brewing Company… with one little twist. She’s virtual! 😂

But think about it. How is having a virtual spokesperson any different from hiring a paid actress, like the famous Coors Light Twins? Sarah just happens to be created, not hired!

She’s got personality, a sense of humor, and plenty to say about our b**rs, events, and everything happening at Swedesboro Brewing.

There’s just one thing she can’t do… actually drink our b**r! 🍺🤣

So give Sarah a warm welcome! You’ll be seeing a lot more of her around here. And trust us, she’s got a few surprises in store!

BURLINGTON: 🍻 Swedesboro Brewing Co now has three locations across New Jersey, and we recently checked out their newest spot in Burlington, affectionately known as the Raccoon Pubhaus!

Formerly Third State Brewing, this location has kept the same welcoming, laid-back vibe that made it a favorite. The dog friendly taproom is warm and inviting, with games, a TV for the big game, and plenty of space for leashed, well-behaved pups to hang out alongside their humans. 🐾

Located right in the heart of downtown, it is the perfect place to grab a b**r, relax, and do a little people-watching from one of the outdoor tables. We sampled a few pours, and with a full b**r menu available, there is plenty to explore for every craft b**r fan.

And maybe the best surprise of the visit? Seeing bartender Dave again! He is new to the Pubhaus but has long been one of our favorite brewery faces from the area.

Note: dogs & kids are allowed until 7pm. If you are exploring Burlington, be sure to stop by this awesome brewery just a couple of blocks from the Delaware River waterfront. 🍺🐶

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who came out for our first Raccoon Pour Tour! 🦝🍻

What a day! Seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new friends, and watching everyone enjoying the b**r, Giggle Juice, co****le, and beautiful Burlington waterfront made all the work that went into this event worth it.
