We are a hub where diverse community members and groups can meet, share ideas, and organize to continuously improve our collective lives. Inspired in part by the success of Black Star in Austin, TX, we began organizing in March 2014 and legally incorporated as a Vermont co-op in February 2015. Our growing community is currently in the process of recruiting members, building a foundation for a bric
k-and-mortar brewery and pub, holding parties and events, and, of course, brewing and drinking excellent beer, cider, and even kombucha! You can become a Full Barrel member-owner by purchasing your share — a one-time payment of $100, which you can make via PayPal or in person at one of our events. All members can vote on the Co-op Board of Directors and resolutions, attend Member Assembly and special member-only events, and receive awesome welcome schwag! There are many ways to be part of Full Barrel, from just hanging out with new friends, to brewing beer (or learning how!) and developing recipes through the Brewer Working Group, to organizing parties and events, and more — being a member can be as much as you want it to be.
