We spent a few minutes with manager & co-owner of La Bohème- Burlington,IA, Cindi Bennett. You can hear the interview at about 10:20 this morning on the Bull. It's almost 3 years now for this speakeasy-stlye wh***ey & cocktail lounge at 417 Jefferson. La Boheme has won best service in the past and you'll have a chance to cast your vote during Greater Burlington Restaurant Week, September 17th - 27th.
