PORK-
jambalaya, smothered pork chop, fried or grilled pork chop.
SEAFOOD-
fish & grits, shrimp & grits, blackened catfish, blackened tilapia.
OX tail, chicken fried steak, liver and onions, meatloaf.
SIDES-
collard greens w/turkey, cabbage w/bacon yams, sweet potatoes fries, french fries, white rice, red beans and rice, hush puppies, cornbread, black-eyed peas, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, fried corn.
