Come join us in celebrating Kay’s last shift at Guildhall this Sunday night! We will be bringing back her favorite creation the ‘I’m Not a Regular Mom, I’m a Cool Mom’ cocktail for one day only. Made with Tequila, House Watermelon Simple, Pickle Juice, Lime Juice, Habanero Bitters. Tajin Rim.
Kay was hired in 2017 while the space was still covered in sawdust and I couldn’t believe someone with her resume would be interested in working at a hole in the wall in the Burbank suburbs. She helped build Guildhall into what it is today with her warm spirit, boundless creativity, and near encyclopedic knowledge of cocktails and board games. I’m so grateful to have had someone who has become a great friend stick through 9 years of business with me and now I get the honor to see her pursue her own life’s dream. So lets raise a glass and send her off with smiles, camaraderie, and maybe a few tears! Thank you for everything Kay, we’re here for you always. - Spencer
