📣 ANNOUNCEMENT! 📣
We are very pleased to announce that Michael Strom is the new Head Chef at The Dockside Bar & Grill. This heralds a new and very exciting era for both Dockside Bar & Grill and the North Tonawanda region.

Over the years; Strom has had the opportunity to fine tune his craft in some of Buffalo's best restaurants. Oliver's, Hutch's, Tempo & Prime 490 just to name a few. Most recently Strom was the Chef Owner of The Lenox Grill in the historic Lenox Hotel in downtown Buffalo, where it became a staple in Buffalo dining for over a decade.

The Lenox Grill has won various awards for its food and beer list. Strom's Korean Style BBQ chicken wings landed The Lenox Grill on the Buffalo Wing Trail. These delicious wings will be featured at Dockside Bar & Grill.

Strom's approach to food includes wasting nothing and selecting only seasonal products and working closely with local suppliers. When asked his style of food he responded with "I really can't describe my style. I love the bar & grill theme of food because with that there are no restrictions. I can source lake trout, create next week's chicken wing flavor and make meatballs, all on the same day."

Owner Jason Shepard is absolutely overjoyed that Strom has joined The Dockside Bar & Grill team. "Strom's food is great. I've been following him and eating it for years. I am really looking forward to us working together."
