Attention to All: We would like to apologize for the lack of information shared after the benefit. The city had told us what we needed to get done to begin opening in a limited capacity. The money raised was used to get that stuff done. Then we planned to open limited and then we would be able to get more done. The city added more stuff to get done then what was initially told to us. Then when we went to court they added stuff. They will not let us open unless everything gets completed. We did everything we could to open back up. The amount it would cost to complete everything the city wants is too much for us to handle. We cannot afford everything that needs to be done. We appreciate everything that everyone has done for us. We apologize that after all the hard work everyone has done the city will not let us reopen.
