Remember the fish tanks behind the bar at Bayou? The new ownership is transforming the back bar into a birch tree forest. Pretty cool! Check out more updates from the new bar/restaurant, The Lodge, by fanning their page!

Remodel sneak peek: imagine grabbing a drink and watching the Sabres game on a row of seamless flat screen TVs hovering in a birch tree forest. The TVs will occupy the brown "frame" in the middle of this shot. The display isn't finished yet but you can start to see what will separate The Lodge from the average bar. More coming soon!

We're sad to see Bayou go but we're happy to see the new owners transforming it into The Lodge. Fan their page to see updates on how the space is coming along, when they are hiring, and when the venue is going to launch!

Our birch trees have arrived! Slowly we're turning the space formerly occupied by Bayou into a two-story restaurant/bar. The Lodge is taking shape!
