We urge our elected officials to consider the significant impact that small businesses like Lulu's Pub have on our community and the local economy. We are seeking assistance to facilitate a dialogue with the NYSLA to revisit their policies on subleasing in common spaces. A more flexible approach could pave the way for not only preserving current businesses but also encouraging future entrepreneurs to invest in our community.
