Also looking for a server. Must be 21 and available to work Saturday evenings and 1-2 week nights.

Everyone is loving the Pickle Pizza!
One regular said it’s her new favorite pizza and a table of ladies said it needs to be on our menu.
Although we will only have this special through Sunday, we can make a pickle pizza for you after that, however it won’t be with Yoder’s pickles. We bought them just for this week. Normally we just have regular dill pickles from the grocery store.

I love looking up our best sellers each month. As always, the Smashburger was #1 in April and May, Pizzas came in #2 and our awesome chicken wings came in 3rd.
These are always our top sellers.

Who likes pickles?🥒 🙋🏻‍♀️

This week’s special is a Pickle Pizza!
It has our house made Ranch instead of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, dill pickle seasoning, and Yoder’s Pickles.😋
You have a choice of pickles….regular Dill or Hot Pickles (both from Yoder’s).
On our test pizza, we did 1/2 Hot and 1/2 Dill.

Fun Fact: Our pizza boards are from Yoder’s and so are our chairs out on the patio.

Another special we are having this week is a White Spinach Pizza.
It will look slightly different than the picture because that was our test pizza. Instead of the ricotta cheese mixture on top, we will be spreading it on the pizza crust under the mozzarella cheese so you get that taste in every bite.
We will also be adding garlic to the ricotta cheese and the spinach will be put on during the last minute of cooking so it doesn’t get brown and crispy.
We also still have the Veggie Pizza for the weekend and the Guac burger until we run out of guacamole.

Although I love our Chicken Caesar salad, the spinach salad is my favorite. It has strawberries, pecans, red onions, Feta cheese and I like to add chicken. 😋
Most people like it with our poppy seed dressing but we also have, Blue cheese, Ranch, Italian or a balsamic vinaigrette.
So good!

This week we will have the Veggie Pizza as a special and another pizza we will be posting tomorrow.
This pizza has spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, peppers, garlic and olives. 😋
The one in the picture did not have olives on it.
