If you’ve spent any time at South Main, you’ve probably met 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 — and there’s a pretty good chance you heard her before you saw her. 😂

Amanda has been part of the Eddyline crew since March 2022, bringing big personality, a serious talent for creative cocktails, and one of the friendliest faces you’ll ever meet. And yes, the Southern accent is 100% real. 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘍𝘰𝘨𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘯 𝘓𝘦𝘨𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘯, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨. 🐓

Amanda landed in BV during the high-water year of 2015 and has made herself at home. When she’s not in the restaurant, she’s out whitewater canoeing, backpacking with her dog Animas, or doing what she lovingly describes as “𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘳𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘳𝘵𝘣𝘢𝘨 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘧𝘧 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘺 𝘧𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴.”

Her South Main order? 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗽. 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻.
Favorite animals? Something feral — a possum or racoon. 🦝
And her most unexpected skill? She knows a wild amount about animal reproduction thanks to her zoo experience and degree.

𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻—𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝘂𝗰𝗸𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿.

𝗝𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 proves dark b**r doesn’t have to be heavy. At 5% ABV, it’s smooth, crisp, and easy-drinking, with roasted malt character and a clean finish balanced by Saaz hops.

Named after the skull-and-crossbones flags flown from rafts in the Grand Canyon, where boaters played capture the flag—and b**r was the ransom for getting your flag back.
