This limited edition Rodeo Barrel spent its first four years in heavy toast, char no.2 oak, with additional months at rest in a sauternes wine cask. The result is layered with notes of honey, ripe stone fruit, and soft vanilla—an elegant sweetness that settles into Deerhammer’s bold Colorado spirit.Like the rodeo itself, this limited release celebrates tradition, craft, and the character of the valley we call home.
