Tiffany has been waiting close to two years to have another St Elmo’s Fire triple decker grill cheese! Four types of cheese, bacon, sourdough, tomato, chipotle aioli, with a side of hand cut griddle fried potatoes

We’re also featuring the Zume Flume Cod Po Boy, and Dylan’s BBQ Chicken Sandwich, classic guide favorites from years past

I’ll have the food truck open from 12-7 today and tomorrow, Friday 7/10. Unfortunately these will be my last regular days here this summer. Due to a lack of business this summer, I will only be here doing special events for the remainder of the year. This will be the last chance to enjoy some classic Browns Canyon Brewing meals from Chef Skibum. Hope to see you over the next day or two!

Chef Skibum is back! After a hiatus last year, you can find me at BCBC on Thursdays and Fridays from 12-5, all summer long. I’ll be slinging our beers as well as a few guest taps, making fresh margaritas, rocking great food, and also brewing small batches of craft beers on site. Excited to be spending another summer here at BCBC and RMOC, come out to enjoy a cold brew and say hi!
