We’ve got shallot and garlic crusted grouper over white rice and Brussels sprouts tossed in Cajun butter, all topped with a Creole mustard- lime and Swiss cheese sauce that’s so good you might be tempted to ask for a spoon.

Friday Special!!!!

Jeff was supposed to tell y’all about the lemon pepper shrimp.

Instead, he started talking about the steak and immediately moved on to the potatoes. 😂

So we’ll do it for him: the lemon pepper shrimp are ridiculously good. Perfectly seasoned, packed with flavor, and the real co-star of this plate.

Paired with an 8 oz center cut filet topped with demi-glace, rosemary garlic mashed potatoes, and roasted green beans.

We’ve got a good amount, but don’t test fate. Come hungry. 🍤🥩🍋

Tonight’s feature is an 8 oz center cut filet topped with Cajun butter and a Jameson demi-glaze, served with garlic rosemary mashed potatoes and roasted green beans. Fancy enough for date night. Dangerous enough to start a table argument over the last bite.

And here’s the catch… there are ONLY 13 steaks available tonight. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. So if you want one, don’t stroll in at 8:45 acting shocked 😂

Also… wait for the ending. Apparently Jeff thinks I can’t be trusted around the steak plates. 🤚🥩

Hey folks… we know y’all are probably thinking it’s “impastable” for us to post a Daily Dozen without pasta. 😂 But tonight we had extra crackers laying around and made some fun buttery decisions instead.

Tonight’s feature is cracker crusted grouper (switching to redfish after the first 5 plates) over a rich spinach purée that’s so hearty it doesn’t even taste like spinach, paired with roasted carrots to help point your compass straight to Mudbugs in Buda. 🧭🔥

No noodles tonight… but this one still slaps.

There’s an obvious star in this photo… an 8oz center cut filet cooked to the perfect temp and topped with rich Cajun butter. 🔥🥩

But the underrated part of this plate? The pasta. Tossed in a Cajun butter beurre blanc that is absolutely next level and might honestly steal the show. 🍝😮‍💨
