We are so excited to announce The REAL Reverend Jim’s Dam Pub 13th Annual Spring Cookoff. This year, Reverend Jim’s Dam Pub will celebrate their thirteenth year of giving back! They need YOU to sign up and bring your best BBQ, pinto beans, and cobbler in for judging! Can’t cook or bake? No problem! Show up for the judging and indulge in the best eating in the Highland Lakes as our locals duke it out to see who wins!. Stay for the raffle and enjoy live music with The River Rats from 3 to 7 pm! You can buy your raffle tickets right now at Reverend Jim’s for your chance to win and to support an amazing non-profit.

Texans for Disabled Veterans advocates, assists with VA benefit claims, provide volunteer outreach programs, and offer resources to help with care, mental health support, and transitions from military to civilian life. This incredible organization works tirelessly to ensure veterans receive their earned benefits and provide information on healthcare and support services.

So step out and get your cooking on, your eating on, your best dancing boots (or ALL of the above) and join us at Reverend Jim's Dam Pub on Saturday, May 16th. All meats and beans must be cooked on site - call for when they are open for cooking and grilling that Saturday. Judging kicks off at 2 PM and live music with The River Rats starts at 3 PM! See y'all there!

Mark your calendars!! October 18th we are having a benefit to help out Andrew Burton-a young man diagnosed with AML Leukemia. There will be food- a bake sale- live auction and live music with The RIVER RATS!!

If you would like to donate bake sale items or items for the auction that would be great!! Items can be dropped off at the bar anytime before or the morning of the benefit

We also have 50/50 raffle tickets for sale. The winner gets half the money from the tickets we sell. We have 1000 to sell so buy tickets with a chance to win up to $2500! You do not need to be present to win. If you can't make it to the bar give us a call and we can sell you some over the phone!! $5 each or 5 for $20.
