We’re honored to share that Smoke Over Lublin, our traditional Polish-style Grodziskie, was recently reviewed by Craft Beer & Brewing Magazine, earning an outstanding 90-point score and praise for its balance, drinkability, and authentic expression of this historic style.
Brewed entirely with Weyermann oak-smoked wheat malt and hopped exclusively with Polish Lublinski hops, Smoke Over Lublin showcases a delicate harmony of floral noble hops, crisp carbonation, subtle oak smoke, and a bright, champagne-like finish that makes this centuries-old beer style so beloved.
Craft Beer & Brewing’s reviewers noted:
“Everything is in balance, delivering on the bright champagne-like reputation of the style.”
This recognition joins an already impressive collection of medals for one of the most unique beers ever brewed at Mountain Layers.
