Our restaurant is located in a building of Historic Downtown Bryan that dates back to the 1880's, a time when settlers from Germany began making their homes in Bryan. We hope you will enjoy our selection of homemade traditional dishes from Bavaria and our range of quality German beers, all of which are still brewed in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. We therefore appreciate your patience should it take us a little longer to prepare your food.
