Parish's Saints & Sinners is an 8% ABV West Coast Double IPA. Clean, crisp, and unapologetically hoppy. Pure resinous hop character and a dry, snappy finish that leaves no room for forgiveness.

Your daily dose of hops is now super-charged with grapefruit, the citrus cure you didn't know you needed.

Dr. Juice Grapefruit takes everything you love about the original and adds bright grapefruit puree to the mix.

Hazy, hoppy, crushable. A dry hop of Cascade and Citra heightens notes of fresh-squeezed grapefruit, passion fruit, and papaya. Deceptively easy for a 6% ABV IPA.

Same name, different expression. Different paths, same conviction.

We teamed up with Saint Arnold for a collaboration unlike any other. We each brewed our own version of a saturated IPA, staying true to our own techniques but testing our faith. Parish brewed it clear. Saint Arnold brewed it hazy. Out of our lanes, still in our element.

Parish's Saints & Sinners is an 8% ABV West Coast Double IPA that doesn't repent. Clean, crisp, and unapologetically hoppy. All backbone and bite. No haze, no sweetness. Just pure, resinous hop character and a dry, snappy finish that leaves no room for forgiveness.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 📦
Monitor and run the canning, bottling, and kegging lines
Build boxes and pallets of finished product
Clean and fill kegs
Load and unload trucks (requires driving a forklift)
Assist with shipping and receiving
Inventory management
Keep the warehouse, packaging area, and facility clean and organized

CARIBBEAN SHADE

Close your eyes. You're not in Louisiana anymore.

Caribbean Shade spent two years aging in bourbon and ex-tequila rum barrels, soaking up every coastal note those barrels had to give. Once the beer emerged, we layered in toasted coconut, coconut cream, and cassia bark to enhance the warm, toasted tones of the beer. Finally, an addition of Tahitian vanilla added baking spice and chocolate depth to an already rich base. Flavor highlights of rum cookies, chocolate coconut flakes, and salty ocean air.

This isn't just a stout. It's a vacation you can drink. 13% ABV
