Insane day in the books! We just barreled 360 gallons of liquid gold that will soon become amazing Old Henry!

Cleaned up after a massive mash party, sanitized the barrels and filled them with fresh corn liquor, and let's just say the mess was epic 😂.

Also squeezed in some experimental mash bill stripping / testing for future limited edition goodies.

Made some serious room for a huge new product announcement that's going to blow minds.

With almost 3,000 bottles aging nicely, we're all set to meet the demand!

The shade we've been desperately hunting for! 17 months, and it's finally arrived! Not just a calendar flip for this whiskey, but damn near a year and a half!!

What's on the horizon? We're gonna let these last two barrels chill and breathe and let some evaporation take place.

We haven't exactly been sprinting to the finish line!
And honestly, we're over the moon with how it's shaping up!

With a storage room bursting with hundreds of gallons, we should be golden!

Plans for the weekend? You guessed it, cooking up some corn to keep storage at the brim!

First barrel of Old Henry is bottled. The second barrel will be bottled next week! Our 2 winners from our giveaway late last year will be messaged next Monday to come pick up their bottle of vodka and Water Tower swag!

More barrels being swelled! Monday we’ll sanitize and fill them!

After these are filled we’ll have over 800 gallons of whiskey in storage! Thats over 4,000 bottles that will ready from August to this time next year! 🌽 🥃 🌧️
