Ok so here’s the situation… our plan was to open tomorrow. We did not plan for the turn out to be as well as it was. So…… we don’t have the inventory to support it. But we will be prepared for next Sunday. I can NOT tell yall how much my staff (family) and I appreciate the support!!! Thank you again!!!

I guess it’s about time to get this thing started… this is where it’s all gonna start. The heartbeat of the business. The kitchen. How yall think she looks A whole lot of of sweat and tears have gone into this place to get it ready.
I made yall some fresh pico today for your trashcan nachos. It’s just a sneak and we’ll post more pics.
We’re opening at 5pm tomorrow. All we ask is please show us a little grace. This is a huge move for me and honestly I’m scared to death. Let us get our momentum and then if we mess up let us have it. 😂 We appreciate your patience while we worked through all the things that gave us setbacks. But we’re all in now. I’ll post our new numbers tomorrow. See ya for dinner!

I know yall are wondering what in the h3ll is going on. We have ev ery thing we need to open EXCEPT our ins. This has been a work in progress for quite some time. One company want 20k a year and nope im sorry im not paying that. My agent is working hard to get us covered and as soon as that happens we are opening them doors. I’m so excited but also discouraged because it seems we take 3 steps forward and five back. But y’all hang tight we’ll get there!

We had our inspection today for our Health Permit. We passed and have the permit in hand! Now on to food order and ABC. It won’t be long now. Not as long as it has been
