You’re invited! This Thursday night join us for an epic interpretive dance battle featuring a fabulous collection of performers from the BAX universe. If you know BAX, COME OUT TO SUPPORT. If you don’t: this would be an incredibly fun way to get to know us.
We’ve assembled 4 teams of alumni from our Staff, Teen Program, Artists Residencies, and our EmergeNYC program.

6:30-8:00 Tailgate: Games, Photo Booth and schmoozing at the bar.
8:00-9:45 Dancify That Show
10:00-11:00 Dance Party

This is our annual Fundraiser but no one will be turned away at the door. Could you help us with a $75 ticket? Awesome? $275? More? Great. But please join us no matter what. this is a celebration of community more than anything and we’d love for you to be with us.

Everybody's favorite dance game show Dancify That! is taking on Dreams.
A dream-themed dance game show that combines the vibes of professional wrestling with interpretive dance and features professional dream analysis (by Dr. Nadia Pinder)? Yes!
And we've got 4 knockout teams ready to go, PLUS an incredible Host (Hope Morawa), a lullaby-master, (Kyle Royce Haynes) and a referee (Siobhan Santini Pellot).

If you’re local check out the Embodied Action classes hold every Monday. He’s amazing and their theater and clown/performance workshops are designed to be for “literally everyone” and they somehow are. Thanks for the great weekend everyone!

CASTING CALL/INVITE to all actors, dancers, anyone who gets down:
On Jan 28 & 29 we’re teaming up with the to do a two part workshop that culminates with a Dancify That Show at the
Most of the peeps in these photos will be there. the workshop will explore playful choreographic exercises, ridiculous movements games, and partner stuff. The show celebrates it in front of an audience. We’re excited and please pass recos for we’ve never been there.

Yes!! We’re gearing up to shoot a pilot! We’ll be doing it on 6/11 !!

It’s going to be so much fun, so much work and we need some help! Do you know anyone with experience directing reality tv or event based tv? We have a (small) budget and would be forever grateful. We’re aiming for a GLOW meets British Bake Off vibe. NICE AND NASTY DANCE OFF.
